Shipping Policies

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days.

The exception being that if we unfortunately run out of available stock, will contact you by email or phone to alert you that your product delivery may be delayed by up to 14 days. In the event that happens then you will be given the option to have your payment immediately refunded if you so choose. We reserve the right to refund your money and cancel your order at any time, in the event we are not able to get in touch with you.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with what you have received
from us, you can return your purchase for a full refund (except shipping
charges), as long as your return is 30 days or less from the date
shipped. Please click returns (under "Your Cart" ) and follow the instructions to successfully return a product. You must follow these guidlines to return something:

1. will not accept any return without a valid
     RMA ( Returning Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within 30 days of the
     shipping date.
  3. Please do not return anything WITHOUT receiving an RMA number.
  4. Any products returned without proper RMA# will be assessed a 20% fee.
  5. RMA numbers are good for 10 days from the date of issue.
  6. Shipping is paid by the customer, on all returns
  7. Please allow up to two weeks for credit.
  8. Due to our relationship with our manufacturers, if part of a
     product becomes defective, you have to return the whole thing to
     receive credit or a replacement.
 9. For replacements, once the returns department has received your
     defective product, will immediately ship
     your replacement (dependent on stock availability) to the same
     address as the original order.
 10. Please return your item (defective or otherwise) in the same
     manufacturer packaging it came in. Include all packing material,
     manuals, software, and registration cards. Your ORDER NUMBER MUST
     be written on the outside of the shipping carton.
 11. Remember to include the packing slip from your original order. If
     you don't have it, just give us your order number.
 12. Please do not write on the manufacturer's box. Instead, please
     write your RMA number either on your packing list, or, if your
     item came packaged in a plain brown box or paper, simply write it
     on the outside of that packaging.
